Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address before the item is shipped by contacting us, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be changed.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Once they were shipped, you have to wait for them to arrive and then ship it back to our return warehouse address and ask for a refund.

Where can I track my order?

Just simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed the checkout (check your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order.
We use multiple tracking systems to monitor orders and we can give you additional information.

My item broke; can I get a new one?
If your item was broken, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us via mewcatsshop@gmail.com and provide an accurate photo showing the broken item.
We will then give you instructions on whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments).

Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.

If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.

NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In this case, they will never arrive to the destination, because the carrier cannot identify the address.

Return and exchange policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

First, you need to contact us at mewcasshop@gmail.com and follow the steps to get a refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The assembly was easy once I got past setting up the cat cave portion. That was difficult to line up with the screws. But after that, it was super easy. I bought this for my cats birthday and he loves it. Took to it right away, its his new favorite spot!

For a 288 sq.ft. apartment with three chonky boys (and still growing!), this is a PURRFECT “cat condo”!

Worth it for the money, structure is sturdy (my boys love to play rough!), and THEY BOTH FIT IN THE BOTTOM BOX! Lol

In the first picture, you can see Mr. Kitty inside the home and in the second picture, you can see how long and chonky he is! Also, for Butters in the second picture, he kind of expands across the bottom and loves the toy!

This is the second cat tree we bought - the first fell apart immediately. This one was very sturdy. It was a great price, too. The cats mostly stick to the top platform and the little “bowl.” The half grown kitten likes the “bowl.” The bigger cat (10 1/2 pounds) sticks to the top mostly, though when it first came she tried out the “bowl,” too, and the kitten had to crawl in with her. They both fit. They were mostly interested in it when it was new - until I moved it next to the window. Now they use it day and night, but only really the top parts. They are both very outgoing cats. I am guessing a shyer cat more into hiding would like the lower parts. I didn’t secure it because it’s wedged between things, but it seems quite stable on its own. Could not be happier with it. Now if only I could convince them to scratch the scratching posts instead of the furniture.

Absolutely awesome, cats love it!!! Easy to put together, sturdy enough to hold a couple of mini chonks. Will be looking into the add ons. A++++

My cats have been glued to this tower since I put it together. They seem very comfy! It’s sturdy and has so many compartments for each of my cats to lounge in/on. No weird smells or anything, quality material. Easy to assemble.
