Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address before the item is shipped by contacting us, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be changed.

Once they were shipped, you have to wait for them to arrive and then ship it back to our return warehouse address and ask for a refund.
Where can I track my order?

Just simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed the checkout (check your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order.
We use multiple tracking systems to monitor orders and we can give you additional information.

My item broke; can I get a new one?
If your item was broken, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us viaย mewcatsshop@gmail.comย and provide an accurate photo showing the broken item.
We will then give you instructions on whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report theย loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments).
Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In this case, they will never arrive to the destination, because the carrier cannot identify the address.

This is an amazing carrier, i took a week to really settle on this one. Just because so many reviews on different carriers that were like this one had more poor reviews about sturdiness and pet breakouts. I believe i had it for a month now and had no issues with it collapsing, i did have a run in with our cat finding a sly way of unzipping one of the zippers lol. But over all we had no other issues after moving all accessible zippers to where she couldnโt get them from the inside.
If youโre on the fence on this type of carrier, i promise you! Youโre missing out.
This carrier was purchased for my 2-1/2 month old Teddy Bear puppy. It is the right size and has enough room for growth. Especially nice features are the zippered side pouch and side pockets so there isnโt a need to carry an additional purse. Ventilation netting is an additional plus. Highly recommend.
My cat took to this carrier right away! She is used to these kind of soft pet carriers and likes to sleep in them. I got this to replace her previous one before a week long trip.
Strong Seatbelt buckles!
I love how you can run a seat belt through it! Doesn't move once you do- especially if you run the strap around the neck of the seat your cat is on. Great piece of mind for sudden stops driving.
Spacious Pockets!
I was surprised how spacious the pockets are! Previous 2 carriers I got from different companies had tiny pockets you could hardly store anything, but this one I can store her collapsible food/water bowls, spare harness and lead, toy, and even my phone and wallet if I need to.
Zipper buckles!
My cat was sometimes able to paw or nose her through her previous carriers if a little gap was left between zippers letting her escape a couple of times. Thankfully that happened in places I could easily get her like the vet. However, this is no longer a problem with this carrier! Having the ability to buckle the zippers is amazing! No longer need to worry about her pushing her way through!

I recently took my kitty on a trip and we flew Southwest Airlines and this carrier is perfect! It had a comfy enough panel for my pup, lots of breathable materials and most important - it fit PERFECTLY under the seat in front of me. Highly recommend if you are flying Southwest.
Pretty sure Southwest has the smallest pet carrier limitations, so this should also work with other airlines - BUT check your airline policies first!
Well my cat took to it like a duck to water AMEN, her appointment is with the vet next week so hopefully there will be no stress or struggle better than the heavy plastic things the cosy mat is a plus love the colour and the material is well made a good strong bag have yet to hold but I do not anticipate any issues the height makes it nice and cosy but roomy perfect size for my cat
