Once they were shipped, you have to wait for them to arrive and then ship it back to our return warehouse address and ask for a refund.

We use multiple tracking systems to monitor orders and we can give you additional information.

My item broke; can I get a new one?
If your item was broken, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us via mewcatsshop@gmail.com and provide an accurate photo showing the broken item.
We will then give you instructions on whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments).
Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In this case, they will never arrive to the destination, because the carrier cannot identify the address.

This product arrived and I couldn't just wait to open it. I bought one about 3 years ago and I just didn't like it then. It took us about 45 minutes to assemble it. Mainly because my boyfriend never has had cats so he didn't know what to do and I was so tired at the time when we opened it. Once we finally finished putting it together we took a couple looks at it. We love the color we got, everything was so nicely packaged and neatly put together. We saw how sturdy it was. My cats absolutely love this! They really haven't left the tower unless they were hungry or wanted lovins from their momma. Overall, we are very satisfied with this cat tower and I would say that the cats are too. I will update this review with a picture of the tower.
This tower is AWESOME! I was looking for a tree with sisal that had height and was a wide base. I needed something to support a large cat who is afraid of falling if it moves. It needed to appeal to two cats 1 likes height and one likes stability. This is perfect for both. Great value for the money.
Bought this as a gift for my niece who has two cats. They absolutely love this cat tree and are both in it all the time. If you have multiple cats this thing is the best because they are not having to be right on top of each other they get their space. They are happy to be up high as all cats are. This cat tree is very sturdy and of excellent quality.
My cats LOVE this. They acted like I gave them catnip when I gave it to them, they lost their minds.
Neither of them play with toys much, but the ball on this thing are an exception.
One is almost 15 pounds and the other is 12 pounds and it hasn't fallen dispite them jumping all over it and acting like absolute hooligans.
It is super tall, but easy to put together (with a chair to stand on but I am short). Absolutely the best cat tree I have gotten my boys, they definitely would agree.
This is one of the best investments I have ever made. My cat couldn’t hardly wait until I got it together to climb to the top. He lives in it most of the time. It is well put together and it does not take very long to assemble. There are many scratching posts for him and it is a very large tree, which is what I was looking for because I have big cat and I was afraid he would not fit. It is very sturdy and soft which he seems to love.
Cats loved it so much we could barely finish it! She was climbing all over it while we were still building. Seconds after we moved it into place she settled into the top bed. Theres tons to scratch and it’s HUGE which is great because she loves to be tall. Love this tree!
It's huge! It took my cats a few hours and now they climb up it like feral cats. It's so easy for them and high enough they feel safe to sleep all day. Definitely a great value for the money and alot sturdier then most cat trees I've gotten. There's like 5 or 6 places to sleep or watch TV they live it. The large house at the bottom can serve as a doghouse for my dog, and my dog loves it too!
My cats and I are very pleased with this cat tower! It is very sturdy and the base being larger than most makes this a lot more safe,I'm not afraid of it tipping over when they get to climbing on it.
This cat tree is huge and my cats absolutely love it. The 80 inch height gives them plenty of vertical space to climb and perch. The enlarged top perch is their favorite spot for watching the room (although they do fight over it). It is sturdy, stable, and well made, handling my large cats with no wobble with no issues with assembly. It has a decent enough weight to it that my cats can't just knock it over. Assembly took maybe 50 minutes and that was only because I was by myself. It would have gone faster with two hands. Great value and highly recommended!

This cat tree is HUGE!!! There is barely a foot of clearance from the ceiling, but I’m NOT complaining! My kitties LOVE this cat tree. We have 2 grown boys and a growing kitten. The tree can hold all 3 with plenty more space for like 5 more cats 😉 it’s sturdy and a beautiful color. I would 100% recommend for anyone with a house cat. This is a great way to get in some exercise and rest. Plus, cats LOVE to perch and this cat tree allows them to do that.
This tower is nice and sturdy, and I had no problems putting it together by myself. The steps make it easy for my senior car to get to the very top, and the beds are quite large. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
Nice & sturdy! 16lb cat fits fine in all of the areas. The cats really enjoy all of the areas on this. They also enjoy how tall it is. I do not have it bolted to the wall & I have zero fear of it tipping. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. Great value & wonderful sturdiness. 💎
My kitten Goes absolutely feral for this cat tree, she is climbing the tree for HOURS! and it still looks good! The size of it, is very tall over 6ft and the widest is 3 ft, so it’s good at apartments. My senior cat loves the box on top to sleep/get away from the kitten. The little hammock is the kittens favorite place to nap. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and seeing the cats just enjoy it makes it even better. ^^
It was very easy to assemble, it took an hour max. My cat was climbing all over it while we were still putting it together. She is very excited! I am super satisfied with how it turned out, it is very tall, beautiful, and soft! 10/10 would recommend!!😊😊
Great cat tree! (Not a bot review) Sturdy enough for our cats. We didn't need to use ours. Love the colors, very vibrant! Fabric material is super soft and scratching posts seem to be standing up pretty well for having it almost 2 weeks and Bean scratches regularly. The top bed is cushiony and not thin. These are the cats fav spots to be, they didn't waste any time to layz about on it lol AND it was with-in my price range! Great value, great price! I recommend! Thank you! 😊
