You can change your shipping address before the item is shipped by contacting us, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be changed.

Once they were shipped, you have to wait for them to arrive and then ship it back to our return warehouse address and ask for a refund.
Where can I track my order?

Just simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed the checkout (check your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order.
We use multiple tracking systems to monitor orders and we can give you additional information.

My item broke; can I get a new one?
If your item was broken, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us viaย mewcatsshop@gmail.comย and provide an accurate photo showing the broken item.
We will then give you instructions on whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report theย loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments).
Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In this case, they will never arrive to the destination, because the carrier cannot identify the address.

This is a great carrier that is well made of quality material.
I have used this while I am gardening to keep my cat safe and away from bugs etc . I used this for hiking in upstate New York . My cat loves it so much when I put it down she jumps right in . She can sit up in it or lay down and itโs so easy to pack when I travel . Great buy ! Love it ๐๐
My cat, Figaro is an Emotional Support Animal and I was excited to add this back pack to his training! We have been practicing in the house so far and he loves it so much he will climb in and sit there waiting for me to take him for a little ride in it! I actually wear the back pack in reverse in front where I can see him and it is very comfortable. It seems very sturdy and well made. I like that it has the screen mesh rather than a plastic bubble window like on some others. Figaro is a shy cat and the screen I think gives him more privacy and a sense of security. The size is good too. Figaro is an average 10lb cat and he can sit comfortable or curl up in the back pack. It is also super easy to stick him in or get him out of it with the top loading zipper front design. Another cool feature is the mesh pocket on the side which would allow me to put a little battery operated fan in there to keep it cooler and more ventilated for him if needed. A few things on the down side worth mentioning: it didn't come with directions and was pretty frustrating trying to figure out how to asseble it when it arrived. Also, how to expand the carrier without having to take the cat back out took me quite a while to figure out. (wish they had a "how to" video or something) I am a little concerned too about actually travelling with him in it since he gets scared in the car and a lot of times pees himself. It says it is washable but I haven't tried it yet. I'm thinking, for the car, his old tradtional plastic carrier my still be better and easier to clean. But I bought it to be able to keep him close to me in certain situations as an emotional support animal so I'm happy with it. One more great thing about the back pack is it keeps my hands free which is a huge help since I am disabled and walk using a cane. It gives me peace of mind too that I would be able to use it as a bug-out bag to take Figaro with me in case of the zombie appocalypse or some other disaster :)
Our little guy comes with us everywhere and this backpack is awesome! Not only is it stylish with the turquoise but it is big enough and comfortable and sturdy. He feels so safe in it that I leave it open for him and sometimes he just gets inside of it to chill. Highly recommend it! We both love it! โค๏ธ
Very cool backpack! I used it to bring our 4 month old kitten to the vet and everyone commented on how cool it was.
At home, our cats have been playing in it. Our 3 year old cat is 16lbs and he fits in it! We have it opened up with the front and back zippers open and often find them playing or sleeping in it.
We definitely recommend this backpack ๐
