Once they were shipped, you have to wait for them to arrive and then ship it back to our return warehouse address and ask for a refund.

My item broke; can I get a new one?
If your item was broken, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us via mewcatsshop@gmail.com and provide an accurate photo showing the broken item.
We will then give you instructions on whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments).

Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.

If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.

NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In this case, they will never arrive to the destination, because the carrier cannot identify the address.

Return and exchange policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This travel carrier has enough room to transport a cat (or very small dog or rabbit). It is designed to meet standards for airline travel.

The thing I like about this carrier is how much space is available to the pet. There is two side that unfurls to more than double the size of the carrier while keeping the pet contained. The cat can walk between the two rooms of the expanded carrier and look around. When it is time to travel again, the extra space zips up and out of the way.

The carrier can be carried over the shoulder or by hand, like a briefcase. There are no sharp or hard parts of this carrier on which the pet could injure themselves.

Okay I don't usually right reviews, but I have to for this one. This thing is AWESOME!! It is very well made and actually looks really cool set up. I put it on the floor and my cat ran in and hasn't come back out! Going on an hour now. We are going on some camping trips soon and his tent is nicer than mine!

I received this yesterday and used for the first time today. A kitten was left behind by its mother where I work so I have been caring for him for a couple of weeks now. I have been bringing him back and forth between home and work and needed something better then the box I was using. I put him in it and he was great the whole drive to work , I had him in it while I was doing my inspections out in the yard and I let him out to walk around and after 15 mins or so he climbed up in my cart and back in the bag and now it's lunchtime and he has gotten up on my desk and gone to sleep in it. It is a nice bag and seems of good construction and both sides can be extended to form a tent, I will be using this daily so I hope it can hold up for long.
