Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address before the item is shipped by contacting us, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be changed.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes, you can remove an item from your order and get a refund easily before the items were shipped. To do that, please contact us via email:mewcatsshop@gmail.com
Once they were shipped, you have to wait for them to arrive and then ship it back to our return warehouse address and ask for a refund.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the Order Status in our menu or send us an inquiry at email support.
Just simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed the checkout (check your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order.
We use multiple tracking systems to monitor orders and we can give you additional information.
Please wait the full shipping time frame (check the first paragraph) for your whole order to be delivered.

My item broke; can I get a new one?
If your item was broken, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us via mewcatsshop@gmail.com and provide an accurate photo showing the broken item.
We will then give you instructions on whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments).
Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In this case, they will never arrive to the destination, because the carrier cannot identify the address.

Super cute and easy to put on kitten
I have bought so many different harnesses that I was skeptical about buying online. However, this one was perfect out of the box. We measured our cat per instructions and it is a great fit. They are out every day running. The harnesses are holding up well. We buy 2 for our cat that needs a harness so it doesn’t slip off.
It’s pretty good! So far no complaints on our part or from our cat :) We only take her out in our yard (we live in a backhouse) so no direct contact with the streets. I’m not sure how good it would be if in the streets but I wouldn’t run that risk anyways. Too many surprises lol If you have a backyard, I think this is perfect and it looks super cute!
It fits well, great looking cape & once she gets used to wearing it, it will be a great purchase.
Easy to put on my cat. She was uncomfortable with it at first. My cat took about 5 weeks to be comfortable with it on. The instructions/advice that came with the harness are VERY good. If you read them and do what it says it goes good.
I like this harness. I don't use it for walking me cat, but she has a condition that makes her scratch at her upper back until it's bleeding. We've done blood tests and exams and the doctors are stumped. I was putting her in a dog tee shirt to cover it and a cone to keep the tee shirt on her, to keep her from opening up the wound. But I felt so bad she was always in a cone. Then I found out my chihuaha's harness will stay on her. I bought this one specifically for her and I love it. It's held up a long time (her scratching shreds the harness eventually), I've had this one for months and it's still holding up wonderful. I will definitely buy again
My cat has had a terrible time adjusting to a traditional collar and has scratched herself until she is raw. I love the harness because it’s secure yet comfortable for her. The bow tie is adorable and it’s well made. Definitely will be purchasing more now that I have seen how well it’s made and fits her.
My cats do not enjoy harnesses in general, but they do love to go outside, for a little while anyway (it is scary out there after all). It's also nice to secure them with a leash inside a carrier, just in case. This harness is easy to put on a squirming ball of fluff in that it's a simple design that secures around the neck and chest, with the body of the harness on top (rather than the bottom, which can involve placing paws in the right openings). There is not a lot of stretch, but the straps are easily adjustable. The harness still secure, but there seem to be a whole lot fewer kitty gyrations involved.
This is my first adventure with buying a cat harness:
I got the size small for my 4 month old kitty, Betty White. She's VERY active (compared to my other cats when they were that age), so she's not at all pudgy... and she can't squeeze out of this at all. There's a good bit of adjusting allowed, so this will probably fit her for quite a while. I had to tighten the chest and it was very easy. It's absolutely adorable! I came back to buy a medium pink one for my year old girl, Daisy.
I leave it by the front door and only put it on Betty White when I take her out, and then I take it off right when we go in. She plays fetch a million times a day- she looks at the toy and then to me when she wants to play- so I want her to be able to learn the same habit to go on a walk.
We are planning to take our kitties on road trips and needed to leash train them. We tried several brands and styles. These are the absolute best! It only took a few days to get our rescue cats to accept them. Now, they seem to understand that, in order to go outside they must have them on. Bobbi (bobtail) sits by the door and waits for us to gently place it around her. She wears a large and its a nearly perfect fit, (her girth prevents us from wrapping it any tighter.) Nini (Panini) was a stray that we adopted. She had been found outside, rescued along with a litter of kittens. She is familiar with the outdoors, but never tried to run out the door when we brought her home. Now, she also seems to understand that the harness is a must, if she wants to explore the outdoors. Very quick adjustment period for her, as well. Quick and easy to place on, no over the head or snaps. Just wrap and go. The leashes are nice and long, so they feel free. We highly recommend these!
