Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address before the item is shipped by contacting us, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be changed.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes, you can remove an item from your order and get a refund easily before the items were shipped. To do that, please contact us via email:mewcatsshop@gmail.com
Once they were shipped, you have to wait for them to arrive and then ship it back to our return warehouse address and ask for a refund.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the Order Status in our menu or send us an inquiry at email support.
Just simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed the checkout (check your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order.
We use multiple tracking systems to monitor orders and we can give you additional information.
Please wait the full shipping time frame (check the first paragraph) for your whole order to be delivered.
NOTE: All packages you ordered may not be delivered at the same time.
My item broke; can I get a new one?
If your item was broken, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us via mewcatsshop@gmail.com and provide an accurate photo showing the broken item.
We will then give you instructions on whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments).
Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In this case, they will never arrive to the destination, because the carrier cannot identify the address.

The instructions for assembly were a dream. My cats love it. All the parts were clearly marked. I plan to purchase again because it's sturdy, the materials are quality stuff. Even the box it was delivered in can be transformed into a fun cat playhouse. The height is perfect. Thank you.
For a cat perch, expensive. But, unlike all others, it has a good, sturdy look and feel to it. My cat is picky, but this one she seems to like.
Worth the money.
Really aesthetically pleasing kitty tower, this would go well with any modern or boho decor. The platforms are plush and cushioned well and a true white. Perfect height by my bedroom window where I wanted something nicer looking than the usual cat tower. This really fit the bill! Plus it feels very sturdy - the wooden tree sections are pretty heavy, and both my cats were able to stand on it without any wobbling at all.
*note: my tower arrived without the hardware, but after contacting the seller, he sent me a replacement set of hardware that same week, which was great. The kitty tower is so easy to assemble, had it put together in under 10 minutes. Very happy with this purchase!
This is my second Mewcats cat treehouse I have purchased. I love this as much as I did the first one. It is beautiful, functional, and most important, my kid is absolutely love this.
As I recently acquired two kittens that will be indoor only, I wanted to make sure that they have access to as many windows to look out of as possible. I did not want to put the typical looking cat tower in my living room, as in order to place it in front of a window, it would be in a very obvious spot. There was no way I could tuck it discreetly in a corner and still give the kitties access to a window view. When I found the Mewcats product, I instantly loved it because of the natural wood. It is on the pricey side, but it's going in my living room, so it was worth it to me. It arrived on time and was easy to put together; but one of the pieces of wood had a crack in it. It is only a couple of inches long, but it concerned me. The kittens are little still, but when they are full grown, I worried they could cause the crack to get worse and ruin the cat tree. On bringing up my concern to the Seller, and sending a picture, they immediately agreed to replace the branch with the crack. Customer services at Mewcats could not have been more helpful and responsive. I not only would recommend this product, but I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with this Seller. Finding a company that backs up their product is just about as important as the product itself, and in this case I am happy with both!
