Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address before the item is shipped by contacting us, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be changed.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes, you can remove an item from your order and get a refund easily before the items were shipped. To do that, please contact us via email:mewcatsshop@gmail.com
Once they were shipped, you have to wait for them to arrive and then ship it back to our return warehouse address and ask for a refund.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the Order Status in our menu or send us an inquiry at email support.
Just simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed the checkout (check your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order.
We use multiple tracking systems to monitor orders and we can give you additional information.
Please wait the full shipping time frame (check the first paragraph) for your whole order to be delivered.
NOTE: All packages you ordered may not be delivered at the same time.
My item broke; can I get a new one?
If your item was broken, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us via mewcatsshop@gmail.com and provide an accurate photo showing the broken item.
We will then give you instructions on whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments).
Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
NOTE: We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In this case, they will never arrive to the destination, because the carrier cannot identify the address.

I wanted a little more piece of mind for car traveling back and forth to our new cabin with my senior cat. The size medium fits my 9 pound girl just fine. This harness fits better and is easier for me to put on her and buckle than another harness I purchased first. She certainly doesn’t like it but after introducing it slowly, she tolerates it well enough and usually doesn’t slip out unless I leave it too loose on her. It works well for taking her out of the car when we need to stop or for letting her explore the unfamiliar yard at the cabin
We like to call it his visi-vest and he loves it (or he loves the fact he gets to go outside finally)! Fit perfectly - but I measured him a few times to make sure I got a good snug fitting harness as he is an escape artist. I know ALL about the kitty cat back up and wiggle out move and I just make sure that the vest is on nice and snug and I don’t try and pull (or let him pull) in reverse. Nothing but happy with this purchase!
My cat is a big calico and very fluffy, but the small fits her well. It's fairly easy to secure (compared to the last one we had). The leash is a good length. I bought it to use in our new yard - we are moving and my cat will no longer have a fenced in yard to hang out in. I plan to buy her a catio, which, along with the walks in the yard on the leash, will give her grass and sunshine access. Very pleased with this purchase.
After putting the harness on, my cats personalities have changed to being more laidback and comfortable. They seem very content versus skiddish in the new environment we live in. It fits great on my cats and they don’t slip out of them. They also got used to the harness very fast
So I used this for my rabbit because he’s a fatty haha. It worked pretty well he did slip through it once but not fully out of it. He loves it though!
So to recap these instructions
toss the harness near your cat so it can get used to it
once the cat is aware it exists YOU PUT IT ON YOURSELF and wear it for awhile
When that doesnt work bust out your kids and have them model it for the cat
realize this really works well to keep kids of all ages out of mischief
Take the child on a walk but if they are timid avoid noisy places
pull your child along gently but DONT hit them !!! If your kid is pulling on the rope, stop let them relax then pull some more
after a few attempts this way feel free to use on cat, or puppy
We put my wife’s cat outside a few hours a day so she can visit her rabbit and chicken friends. It fits great and is actually designed for a cat not a small dog.
My cat is a big coon cat, and she hates carriers except for the super huge carriers that airplane compliant.
However, big carriers don't fit in my car easily, and my vet hates the big carriers because they don't have a door on top. My cat can successfully defend herself in the big carriers, against three humans, so the vets don't want to deal with her.
So, the solution was to buy this for her. I have a strap that clicks into car seatbelt device and hooks onto this harness, so that's how I transport her. My vet gives me gabapentin (sp?) to give my cat before the appointment. Works fine. Finally.
Trying to wrestle a 16-pound cat into and out of the carrier was stressful for everyone!
This is much better.
If they want her in a carrier, they put her in a small one when I arrive with my drugged cat.
I've tried a few harnesses, but this is the only one she can't get out of... yet.
We got this to get our cat Faraday use to it before we move. We will be flying and my hubby said that if he gets loose he isn't chasing the furball around the airport / plane.
I put him in it every day and we take it off him at night. We leave it off on weekends. I am surprised that it isn't a fierce war to get on him.
Of course he acts quite drunk when he is wearing it. He slinks, walks backwards, falls over, falls backwards. The first time I put it on him it scared me because he acted like he was having a seizure.
It is a beautiful harness, especially since Faraday is a black Chantilly-Tiffany. It is nice and bold on him!
